Funding for 2 Year Olds
We are eligible to claim 2-year-old funding for up to 15 hours per child per week. Please visit www.childcarechoices.gov.uk to see if you are eligible. If you are eligible they will give you a 2 year old funding code, please inform us of this as soon as possible so we can claim the funding for your child. This code will need to be put on section 2 of the funding form along with your date of birth and National Insurance number in order for us to claim this funding.
Funding for 3-4 Year Olds
All children are eligible to receive 15 hours of funded childcare the term following their third birthday. The school terms start on 1st September, 1st January and 1st April. Early Years Finance at Norfolk County Council provides the claim forms which we will then pass on to you for completion.
These forms must be completed fully and returned to us to be able to claim your child’s hours. If we do not receive a completed claim form, we will have to invoice you for the sessions booked. If you are in receipt of any benefits such as Universal Credit, please do complete section 4 of the funding form as we may be able to receive additional funding to spend specifically on your child.
30 hours funding
We also offer places to families eligible for 30 hours space permitting. To see if you are eligible for this please visit www.childcarechoices.gov.uk to complete the eligibility checker. If you are eligible you will be given an eligibility code which will need to be added to section 3 of the funding form. Please inform us of this code as soon as possible so that we can claim the funding for your child.
